Doreen Manuel travels to the Rocky Mountains for a four-day fast to tap her inner power on her quest to tell the story of her father, the late George Manuel, an Indigenous leader with vision to take his people beyond colonization and reflects lovingly on his contributions. Out of this journey, she discovers the answer is simple but the path is difficult as she lays the spiritual groundwork for her next journey as a filmmaker.
